BILLING OR PAYMENT QUESTIONS

Invoices: Invoices are not included with your packing slips.
All invoices are mailed separately and should arrive 3-5 days after your package is delivered.

Statements: Monthly Statements reflect open invoices as of the last day of that month.
Payments received after that day will be reflected on your next monthly statement.
Monthly statements are typically sent out 1-2 weeks following month end.
